How a case runs

1. 01Case review. You send the suspension notice and account details. We give you an initial read on what is actually being enforced and whether the case is worth pursuing.
2. 02Audit. A full examination of the account, the website, the creatives and the business documentation — including account history, not just the current state.
3. 03Remediation. A specific corrective action plan. We either hand it to you to implement or implement it for you, depending on the engagement.
4. 04Appeal. The appeal is drafted around the actual violation and submitted with supporting evidence — not a template, and not a resubmission of what was already rejected.
5. 05Stay compliant. Reinstatement is not the end of it. You get a post-reinstatement compliance checklist, with optional ongoing monitoring.
