Google Ads suspensions are stressful, opaque and urgent. Most providers avoid them. We specialised in them — and then built the wider team our clients kept asking for.
Our story
Policy expertise first. Everything else grew from it.
Policy Fix Experts began by solving a specific, painful problem: businesses whose Google Ads accounts had been suspended, who could not get a straight answer about why, and whose revenue had stopped that same day.
That work demands a particular discipline. You cannot guess. You have to read the actual policy, audit the account and the website together, find the specific trigger, remediate it properly, and then present evidence a reviewer can act on. Guesswork produces rejected appeals.
Clients who got their accounts back kept asking the same follow-up questions. Who will manage the campaigns now? Can you fix the landing page? Can you build us a proper website, a CRM, an app? So we built the team to answer them — advertising, SEO, web and app development, CRM, WhatsApp automation and custom software.

Diagnose before prescribing
We find the actual cause of the suspension before proposing a fix. A wrong diagnosis produces a wrong appeal, and a wrong appeal is harder to recover from than the original suspension.
Policy, not forum folklore
Recommendations are grounded in Google's published policies and how they are enforced — not in what worked for somebody on a forum two years ago.

Some accounts cannot be recovered. When that is our assessment, we say so rather than selling you an appeal that will not work.
