Independent Google Ads policy consultancy

Google Ads suspension recovery, done by diagnosis — not guesswork.

A suspension notice names the policy Google enforced. It rarely names what triggered it. We find the actual cause, remediate it, and build an appeal around the evidence — across every policy category, plus advertiser and business operations verification.

The checker is free and gives you a preliminary read in a few minutes. It is not a Google decision, and it does not replace a human review.

Suspension categories

Every category Google publishes a policy for

The label on your notice narrows the problem. It does not identify it — the same label covers very different underlying causes.

Verification

Three separate checks, often confused with each other

Advertiser Verification asks who you are. Business Operations Verification asks how your business actually works. Identity verification asks for documents that match both.

Advertiser Verification

Preparation and document review for Google's advertiser identity verification programme.

Business Operations Verification

How a case runs

Five stages, in sequence

We do not file an appeal while a known cause is still live on the site. That produces a second rejection on the record for no gain.

  1. 01

    Case review

You send the suspension notice and account details. We give you an initial read on what is actually being enforced and whether the case is worth pursuing.

  2. 02

    Audit

A full examination of the account, the website, the creatives and the business documentation — including account history, not just the current state.

  3. 03

    Remediation

A specific corrective action plan. We either hand it to you to implement or implement it for you, depending on the engagement.

  4. 04

    Appeal

The appeal is drafted around the actual violation and submitted with supporting evidence — not a template, and not a resubmission of what was already rejected.

  5. 05

    Stay compliant

Reinstatement is not the end of it. You get a post-reinstatement compliance checklist, with optional ongoing monitoring.

How we work

Why clients bring us the cases other providers turn down

Diagnose before prescribing
We find the actual cause of the suspension before proposing a fix. A wrong diagnosis produces a wrong appeal, and a wrong appeal is harder to recover from than the original suspension.
Policy, not forum folklore
Recommendations are grounded in Google's published policies and how they are enforced — not in what worked for somebody on a forum two years ago.
You own everything
Your account, your website, your code, your data. Nothing is held hostage and nothing is run through an intermediary account.
Honest answers about unrecoverable cases
Some accounts cannot be recovered. When that is our assessment, we say so rather than selling you an appeal that will not work.

What we will not tell you

That your account will definitely come back. That we have a contact inside Google. That there is a paid route to a faster review. None of those are true, and a provider who says otherwise is telling you what you want to hear at the point you are least able to check it.

What to have ready

Bringing these to the first conversation removes a round trip.

  • The suspension notice or email from Google
  • Access to the account, or a screenshot of the Policy Manager
  • Your website URL
  • Any verification documents already submitted

Where we work

Delivery is remote. Our established markets are India and the GCC — United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman — alongside selected international clients. Policy work is jurisdiction-sensitive, so we tell you upfront where local requirements affect your case.

Support in English, Tamil, Hindi. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, business hours ISTwe reply within one business day, and the checker runs at any hour.

Questions

The ones we get asked before anything else

Can you guarantee reinstatement?
No — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Google makes the final decision and no third party can override it.
Does Google charge for appeals?
No. Google does not charge anything to submit an appeal and you can file one yourself at no cost. What you are paying us for is the diagnosis, the remediation and the evidence behind the appeal.
How long does recovery take?
It varies with the policy category and Google's review queue. We can give you a realistic range for your specific category at the case-review stage, but no one can commit to a date.
My appeal has been rejected several times. Is it still recoverable?
Usually not. Repeated rejections most often mean the appeal addressed the wrong thing, or resubmitted the same text. We will tell you honestly at case review whether we think there is a route left.
What do you need to start?
The suspension notice or email, access to the account or a screenshot of the Policy Manager, your website URL, and any verification documents already submitted.
What happens after the account is restored?
Reinstatement is not the end of it — the conditions that caused the suspension usually still exist. You get a post-reinstatement compliance checklist, and ongoing monitoring is available if you want it.
